At Encounter, Compassion Month is our initiative to reach our community during the holiday season. Compassion Month starts November 10th and continues through December 15th. There will be some opportunities for our church to come together to care for those in need right here in Belding.

One way to get involved with Compassion Month is to sponsor a Thanksgiving Basket. Beginning November 10th, sign up to prepare a basket, and deliver it to Encounter on November 24th. You can find more information about Thanksgiving Baskets, or sign up to sponsor a basket HERE.

In December, we will be sponsoring families by providing gifts for Christmas. Keep an eye out for more information on donating Christmas gifts coming soon.

The purpose of our Compassion Month initiative is to reach families in need, right here in our community. We invite you to be a part of extending compassion to our community this holiday season.
